What it does

  1. Step 1: Triage mail into Priority

Each message lands in Priority, Other or Auto-handled with a one-line reason.

  2. Step 2: Draft replies in your voice

Drafts wait in your Review queue. Nothing is sent until you approve.

  3. Step 3: Protect focus, flag conflicts

Plan my day keeps your focus blocks and flags overlapping meetings.

What stays yours

These are never automated, on any plan. Lane rules are enforced in code.

  • Sends on its own

  • Deletes mail

  • Accepts sensitive invites in a batch

  • Enters credentials for you

How access works

Read-only until you say otherwise.

  1. Step 1: Read-only by default

    A new connection starts read-only.

  2. Step 2: Turn uses on one at a time

Drafting, calendar changes and recaps are each opt-in, in Settings › Connections.

  3. Step 3: Disconnect any time

Pause or remove a connection whenever you like. Nothing else changes.
