  • SSO and 2FA enforcement
  • Device pairing and remote-access approvals

Roll out at your pace.

  1. Step 1: Start with one desk

Each desk opens with sample data, so nothing is empty.

  2. Step 2: Set the limits

Choose workspace lane caps and an Autopilot policy in the Admin Console.

  3. Step 3: Add coverage

Give an assistant scoped, time-boxed access. Their drafts come back to the owner.

Teams, answered.

How many people can a team desk have?

Team covers up to 25 seats and Business up to 250. Enterprise is custom.

Do delegates need a seat?

A delegate who covers your desk is a member of the workspace and uses a seat on the Team and Business plans.

Can IT approve connections first?

Yes. For work accounts, your IT admin may need to approve each connection, and the Admin Console shows what each one can do.
