Routine work, done end to end.

Autopilot triages, drafts, files and follows up in the background, across your desk, your assistant's and your admin's. You choose how far it goes, and every action has Undo.

Asks you:
Anything that speaks for you or leaves your account.
Never:
Sends, pays, deletes or enters credentials.

Hands-off

Runs:
Everything Balanced does, plus workflows that met the trial bar and standing approvals.

You see what changes before anything loosens.

Sample data · The posture setting lives in Autopilot

Choose a posture.

One setting decides how far Autopilot goes. Start cautious and loosen it when the evidence says you can.

  1. Step 1: Cautious

Drafts everything, sends nothing on its own.

  2. Step 2: Balanced

Handles the routine. You decide the rest.

  3. Step 3: Hands-off

Runs on its own wherever it has earned your trust.

Decide once with rules.

Pre-decide a recurring, low-risk choice once, through Review.

Rules · Decided by you3 active
  • Send the notetaker to internal FYI meetings where I'm optional.Meetings
  • Accept internal 1:1 moves inside my working hours when there's no focus conflict.Calendar
  • Route billing questions to Priya.Inbox

Each decision has a 60 second Undo and is logged “Decided by your rule”.

  • Each decision has a 60 second Undo and is logged "Decided by your rule".

  • Two undos in the last ten decisions pause the rule.

  • Rules never cover sensitive, external or Red items.

Automations and Flows

Flows for the work that repeats.

Turn routine work into flows: the Friday status packet, expense reports, follow-up nudges. Every flow runs inside its lane, and Guardrails show exactly what's allowed.
  • Start from a template, adjust the steps
  • Guardrails: ceilings per module that only tighten
  • Impact: hours returned, with a weekly summary

Decide anywhere.

Approve safe ones in one tap. Anything sensitive only says it needs you.

Push to your phone, a Decide sheet, and Approve all safe.Phone notifications need push to be switched on for your desk.

Decision windows.

Non-urgent drafts wait for your 11:30 and 4:30, with what happens if they wait.

Replies held for the end of the day.

If something waits, you see what it costs before you choose.

Limits that hold.

These are enforced in code, on every plan.

  • Silence never expands what it may do. A timeout never sends, approves or decides anything.

  • Sensitive items are never batched, bundled or covered by a rule.

  • Promises stay with you. New dates, prices or scope always need you.

  • Incoming messages can't change your rules.

  • It never sends, pays, deletes or enters credentials on its own.

Questions

Can Autopilot send email as me?

Only under a standing approval or rule you created through Review, never to sensitive people or about sensitive topics, and always with Undo. Everything else waits for you.

What happens if I don't respond?

Nothing. Silence never expands what SecondDesk may do. A timeout never sends, approves or decides anything.

Can my admin limit it?

Yes. The Admin Console sets an Autopilot policy and lane caps for the whole workspace. You can tighten them further, never loosen them.
